Use this shortcut if want to add Gofetch admin capabilities to a Goexplore-enabled website, and your project account already subscribes to Gofetch. This will enable you to edit webshops, interact with the Shop API and manage support tickets submitted by merchants.

Intro

This shortcut will add Gofetch admin capabilities to your existing Goexplore-enabled website, so you can efficiently manage your integrations. The shortcut only works if this project account is already subscribed to Goexplore and Gofetch, and both addons are configured and working. If that is not the case, or if you would rather like to create a separate admin website for yourself, you should take this other shortcut .

This shortcut will:

  1. install the repositories gofetch-goexplore-a-superuser-tools and gofetch-goexplore-a-shop-api into your website.
  2. transfer these informations from Gofetch to Goexplore.
  3. add the following Javascript libraries to your existing assets : showdown 1.9.1, prism 1.23.0 and select2 4.0.6-rc.0.
  4. add the following stylesheets to your existing assets : prism 1.23.0 and select2 4.0.6-rc.0.
  5. in Gofetch, register POST /ticket_events.json as your Ticket webhook URL .
Sending emails

To fully leverage your new admin capabilities you should enable your website to send emails. When you respond to a ticket submitted by a merchant, the website sends an email to the mail address of the merchant. Also, when you communicate internally with your colleagues on the website, email notifications will be sent to relevant parties. In order to be able to send emails, please make sure that you have registered your SMTP details .
